Room 01 ◇ The Guide
For individuals, couples,
CEOs & small gatherings.
The personal and the professional aren’t different work. The noise just wears different clothes.
01 The Practice
Facilitation is creating the room where your own understanding can arrive. Not teaching. Not fixing. Not adding. To listen better.
Seven years. Over fifteen hundred people. Meditation, ceremony, and the ancient technologies of Eastern wisdom. One-on-ones, couples, intimate gatherings.
Before that, thirty years sitting with artists, founders, CEOs, and creative directors as they worked out who they actually were. The through-line was always the same: listening better than the room, and holding the relationship long enough for something honest to happen.
Twenty years of contemplative study underneath all of it. No shortcut. No shelf. No system to sell you.
02 Gather
The room is smaller.
The stakes are the same.
The work is waking up — closer attention to what’s actually happening, in an era this loud, held long enough for something honest to happen.
03 How this shows up
One-on-one guidance — building a short container around a daily practice that fits the life you actually have, not the one you think you should.
Couples — helping two people hear each other again, underneath the argument they’ve been rehearsing for years.
Intimate gatherings — ten to fifteen people, a weekend — a loft in the city, a retreat in the Hamptons. Small enough that no one can hide, and everyone is seen.
What we build together belongs to more of us.
If you’re at a threshold, and you don’t want to cross it alone —
